Installation steps:

Preparation work: Before installation, first check the specifications of the tires and equipment to ensure that the tire size matches the equipment. Prepare the necessary tools, such as hydraulic jacks, tire cranes, or forklifts. Ensure the work area is clean and prepare protective equipment.

Lifting equipment: Use hydraulic jacks or forklifts to lift the equipment, ensuring sufficient space between the tires and the ground for operation. When lifting, ensure that the equipment is stable and avoid tilting or sliding.

Dismantling old tires: Use a suitable tool to loosen the tire fixing bolts. If the tire is severely damaged, it may be necessary to first use a cutting tool to disassemble the tire. When disassembling, attention should be paid to avoiding tire fragments splashing and injuring personnel.

Clean the wheel hub: Before installing new tires, the wheel hub must be cleaned. Remove dirt, rust, and oil stains from the wheel hub to ensure a smooth and clean contact surface between the tire and the wheel hub.

Install new tires: Align the industrial solid tire with the center of the wheel hub and carefully place it on the wheel hub. Ensure that the tire is tightly connected to the wheel hub without any deviation. If using lifting equipment, ensure that the tires are installed smoothly.

Fixed tire: Use bolts or other fixing devices to firmly secure the tire to the wheel hub. Ensure that all bolts are tightened evenly and operate according to the torque values specified in the equipment manual.

Inspection: After installation, check if the tire is securely installed to ensure there is no looseness or abnormal phenomenon. Check if the contact surface of the tire is flat and free from deformation.

Notes:

Choose suitable tires: Ensure that the specifications and load capacity of the selected tires meet the requirements of the equipment.

Installation environment: Ensure that the installation environment is clean and dry to avoid contamination of the tire surface.

Safe operation: During the installation process, personnel should wear safety equipment to avoid injury from falling objects from high places.

Regular inspection: After installation, the wear condition of the tires should be checked regularly to detect problems in a timely manner and avoid accidents.

By proper installation and maintenance, industrial solid tires can provide longer service life for equipment and ensure smooth operation.
